Staff and Management
At Kinver Garden Day Nursery, we believe that the quality of our provision starts with the people who provide it. We are proud to have an experienced and well-established team, supported by a clear management structure across all of our settings.
Our Director oversees the nursery as a whole, supported by our Operations Managers, who are based within the nursery office and oversee the day-to-day operational running of the provision. Each of our settings also has its own dedicated Manager, providing consistent leadership and support for children, families and staff.

Our full-time SENCO makes sure individual needs are recognised and supported as early as possible.
Early Years Practitioners
Our qualified and experienced practitioners make sure every child is known, valued and supported as an individual.
Quality and Inclusion
Alongside our management team, we have a dedicated Quality Liaison Officer, who works across the provision to support high standards of practice, teaching and learning and the continued professional development of our team.
We also employ a full-time Nursery SENCO, reflecting our strong commitment to inclusion. We believe every child should have the opportunity to thrive, and that individual needs should be recognised and supported as early as possible.
Our SENCO works closely with children, families, practitioners and external professionals to ensure appropriate support is in place and that our environments and approach are inclusive and accessible.
Together, our management, quality and SENCO teams work alongside our qualified and experienced Early Years Practitioners to ensure that every child is known, valued and supported as an individual throughout their time at Kinver Garden.
